When calling customer service, I had to leave a message on an answering machine. So rather than leave a message I sent an email and received an email back within 4-5 hours. The only thing that could use a little work is the customer service. However, The company does seem to be more of an online retailer and as far as ease of use and ordering I give them a 100%!by rbrian28
