About a year ago, I left my home just like any other typical work day. As I get to my car I look and notice the driver side mirror is dangling by a thread. Someone had knocked it off and hadn't offered the courtesy of informing me. What kind of neighbor does that? So I tell my wife and she starts surfing the Internet trying to find the best deal. Meanwhile I call the Nissan dealer trying to find a replacement mirror. The dealer wanted almost $300 just for the part, and they had to order it, and that didn't include the install fee. There was no way I was going to pay $300 for a replacement mirror. Later on that day my wife emailed me the part listing on Go-Parts.com and it was listed for $40! I couldn't believe it. It was a deal I couldn't pass up. I immediately logged on and ordered the mirror. Two weeks later it arrived and I had a mechanic install the part. Two months later, long after it was installed, my wife let me in on a little secret. She was the one that backed in and knocked off the mirror. Unbelievable!
Much in the same way that the Ford Crown Victoria and Mercury Marquis share the same platform, the Taurus and Sable have a history that is equally as linked. The design was discontinued in 2005, though only for a few years, as the manufacturer felt that a “refresh” was in order. The Sable was re-released in 2008, in an attempt to recapture some of the consumer enthusiasm that sustained its sales figures throughout the 1990s. Unfortunately, the market had moved on, and the 2008-2009 Mercury Sable was the last to roll off of assembly lines.

Price Quality Average: 4 / 5 starsThe order process was very easy and efficient. The parts ordered were the parts received and it came when promised. The parts were the least expensive at Go-Part and the quality was excellent. You will not find a better place to purchase the parts you need!by tigressmb20fan
Price Quality Average: 5 / 5 starsMy replacement sideview mirror was a perfect match and easy to install (instructions were included which was a nice surprise). My only dissatisfaction was that the shipping took 3 days longer than the estimate and I was on a tight time frame.by ethogers
