I was in need of a new passenger side mirror on my 2004 Honda Element, seems my son didn't see the large pole he was parking next too. I checked with the local Honda dealer and was flabbergasted by the cost of the part and installation - nearly $400!! Additionally, the dealer didn't have the part in stock and it would be 1-2 weeks until they got one. The mirror didn't look all that difficult to remove and install, so I did some web surfing to find the part elsewhere. Go-part.com came up in my first search. The website was really easy to maneuver through and in a very short time I had found the mirror I needed at a very reasonable cost!! I ordered the part and within 2 days it was delivered to my home. The installation instructions were very easy follow and within 10 minutes I had removed my old mirror and replaced it with my new mirror!! Go-part.com had even suggested I record the installation and submit to them, but I didn't have anyone to hold the camera while I worked. I have recommended this site to many of my friends who need parts for their cars.

Price Quality Average: 4 / 5 starsI ordered a condenser fan assembly and a cooling fan assembly for a Honda. When I received the order, it looked fine. I mounted the condenser fan with no problem, but when I tried to mount the cooling fan, It wouldn't fit. Since I'm a repair shop, I wouldn't have time to return it, and keep my customer satisfied. I ended up doing modifications to get it to fit. After talking to customer service, I found out that my order was received while the company was making a move to a new location. Their new address confirmed this. They were genuinely sorry for the mistake they had made and offered several solutions to satisfy me. Knowing the confusion that comes from moving a company from one location to another, the mistake they made was understandable. One of the things that impressed me about this company, was the packing job on the items. It was the best I've seen in my 40+ years of being a mechanic. The live chat was very prompt and helpful, but the email for the RMA took some time before I received it. (still waiting on the refund) Had to contact Go-Parts on FB to get an immediate response.
