Even though I'm from Canada and I have to pay for international shipping, Go-Parts's prices are typically 30% less (including international shipping!) than the best price I can find locally. If I can afford to wait a week, I'll buy from Go-Parts every time! My most recent order was for a radiator cooling fan assembly. At the dealer, the price was well over $200 CA. Aftermarket, about $150. Your price was came in at under $100 in total, shipped to my door. I was suprised to see that the assembly was made in Taiwan, not mainland China. The part looks identical to the original, it fit perfectly and is working just fine, even after a grueling Manitoba winter! We always rave about the quality of vehicle released by Toyota, and there is no doubt that taking care of your Highlander (known in some markets as the Kluger) can save you incredible amounts of money down the road. Regular maintenance, like all models, is required, and with many SUVs enduring some abuse given localized driving or weather conditions, tail lights can burn-out or break without notice.

It was not clear from a phone conversation that I could prevent delivery but the Go-Parts staff member managed to make that happen anyhow and credit my Visa. I would rank the service all 10s if I had received a message that the cancellation had been successful. Good parts at fair prices. If only it had been available in proper color.by davidgrubbs
Price Quality Average: 4.5 / 5 starsI found the we site right away and the pricing was great so I immediately ordered my radiator as the web site said it was in stock. I was a little nervous because after 3 business days I think that I would have gotten some sort of shipping information. I did receive the information on the 3rd day. I tried several times to call and was finally able to leave a voice mail. It's scary to see that your credit card has been charged yet you cannot get information on the status of your order. They finally sent me an email stating that they were out of stock on the part I ordered so they were sending me a better quality part at no extra charge which was a nice touch. I received the package 9 days after I ordered it. Other than the nervousness from having contact troubles, I am completely satisfied with my purchase.by pardonjr
