I was in need of a new passenger side mirror on my 2004 Honda Element, seems my son didn't see the large pole he was parking next too. I checked with the local Honda dealer and was flabbergasted by the cost of the part and installation - nearly $400!! Additionally, the dealer didn't have the part in stock and it would be 1-2 weeks until they got one. The mirror didn't look all that difficult to remove and install, so I did some web surfing to find the part elsewhere. Go-part.com came up in my first search. The website was really easy to maneuver through and in a very short time I had found the mirror I needed at a very reasonable cost!! I ordered the part and within 2 days it was delivered to my home. The installation instructions were very easy follow and within 10 minutes I had removed my old mirror and replaced it with my new mirror!! Go-part.com had even suggested I record the installation and submit to them, but I didn't have anyone to hold the camera while I worked. I have recommended this site to many of my friends who need parts for their cars.

Price Quality Average: 5 / 5 starsPart was exactly what I needed. Fit just like the original part I replaced. I was a little discouraged when I seen the ship date for the order was Feb 26. I was told by the customer service department when I spoke with them over the phone I could save a minimum of a day processing by placing the order online. You company held the order 5 days before shipping. Very POOR service. I have better service on EBAY! Thanks Steve Gorbettby stevego

Not a fan of the shipping method e.g. FedEx never updated status of package and package arrived a week later than initially quoted. Also, I understand security concerns, but I should have an option to tell the delivery person to leave the package on the proch if I'm not home. Delivery guy came while I was at work and had to make special arrangements to have someone sign to recieve the pkg on the last delivery attempt. Bottom line - Fix the shipping issue and I'll order from Go-Part in the future - Don't fix it and I won't.by boscoholic

They even helped me realize my new found handicap, and got me the right parts in spite of myself. If ever I need parts again, thesse are the guys I'll use.
