Price Quality Average: 4.5 / 5 starsI ordered a radiator for a 2004 Dodge 2500 Sprinter last month and upon arriving, while it was the correct shape, I found that it would not fit. It was missing crucial mounting holes and clips. Frustrated, I let Go-Part know and asked them what they could do for me, and they offered to give a full refund, including shipping, as well as pay for shipping back. I ended up finding a radiator that fit locally, however, these guys took care of me and made the process really easy. Even though it didn't fit, I would definitely deal with them again. I have 100% confidence that if something goes wrong that they'll take care of it for me!by soundfx4
Price Quality Average: 5 / 5 starsEasy to use Website, Easy Ordering, Inexpensive but Quality Parts. An email Shipping confirmation would have been nice with a tracking number. When calling customer service, I had to leave a message on an answering machine. So rather than leave a message I sent an email and received an email back within 4-5 hours. The only thing that could use a little work is the customer service. However, The company does seem to be more of an online retailer and as far as ease of use and ordering I give them a 100%!by rbrian28
