Just wanted you to know that I was pleasantly surprised with my "Go-Parts" experience. I rarely buy online, and now that I'm older, I rarely work on my car. Recently, though, I could hear the bearing going out on the radiator cooling fan on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I finally decided to fix it myself. I'm glad I did. After buying a repair manual, I could see the repair would be a bit challenging. The auto parts store at the corner was asking over $200 for the part, and I'm sure the dealer would be asking well over $350. Add in labor and all the other extras they would want to charge me for (drain and flush radiator, etc.) and I anticipated the dealer charging over $600. I needed the part soon--it was getting pretty noisy and decided to quit driving the car on Wednesday. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon. FedEx delivered it on Saturday morning. Perfect! With delivery, the fan cost me just over $100 from Go-Parts. By Saturday evening, I was back on the road. The experience could not have been any better. Unfortunately, I didn't find the flyer about making a video until after I was done! Probably just as well--I had a lot to learn. (o: I'm glad you're interested in customer satisfaction. Adding new alloy wheels, a more comfortable interior, and a very stylish dashboard, Honda proved that it is, indeed, paying attention to the whims of the younger generation of car buyers. The style improvements paid dividends, furthering the popularity of the CR-V, and allowing for more daring evolutions in the future.
Price Quality Average: 5 / 5 starsI recently purchased a radiator from Go-Part.com after researching pricing and other factors (they were the best price I could find). I ordered with a mix of confidence and trepidation, not knowing how these guys would perform. I ordered at 4:00 PM, knowing that it would likely not ship that day, but I received an email saying it did! The tracking provided was easy to use, and I received the package 1-2 days earlier than I expected. The radiator I received had top and bottom caps that I perceived were better than the OEM unit, the packaging was OK, though if the package had fallen on the one side, the radiator could have been damaged. The triple-wall cardboard would probably protected from most impacts, however. Overall, I would give Go-Parts a 9 on a scale of 10 (no one gets a 10 from me). I would also buy from them again and will recommend them to others.by papabarnes
