Just wanted you to know that I was pleasantly surprised with my "Go-Parts" experience. I rarely buy online, and now that I'm older, I rarely work on my car. Recently, though, I could hear the bearing going out on the radiator cooling fan on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I finally decided to fix it myself. I'm glad I did. After buying a repair manual, I could see the repair would be a bit challenging. The auto parts store at the corner was asking over $200 for the part, and I'm sure the dealer would be asking well over $350. Add in labor and all the other extras they would want to charge me for (drain and flush radiator, etc.) and I anticipated the dealer charging over $600. I needed the part soon--it was getting pretty noisy and decided to quit driving the car on Wednesday. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon. FedEx delivered it on Saturday morning. Perfect! With delivery, the fan cost me just over $100 from Go-Parts. By Saturday evening, I was back on the road. The experience could not have been any better. Unfortunately, I didn't find the flyer about making a video until after I was done! Probably just as well--I had a lot to learn. (o: I'm glad you're interested in customer satisfaction. I liked the pricing of the part, however, I ordered it about a week before leaving on vacation, and the part did not come within the window of dates specified on the website, and therefore did not arrive before I left with the family on vacation. That caused me to have to buy the part from a local parts store for more money. The return policy/ process was not clear on the website, and so I called you customer service and left a message, and never got a call back. I still have the part with no use for it at the moment, but am sure the return period has passed, and now I'm stuck. This all would have been avoided if 1. the part arrived when the website said it would, and 2. if I received a call back from customer service. Neither happened, and now I am out the money I paid and have a brand new part with no use.

I Placed my order on 18th, never got any shipping info($14.90 shipping charge, located about 5 hrs away from me )I talked to Paul Smith on the live chat on the 19th,He told me it would ship that day , I checked the site after 5pm still not done processing, so its 20th now and were still processing ,also now the live chat is unavailable, . after posting a bad review on this site ,someone called me back on the 22nd and said it would be shipping out and be here the 23rd i didnt get it until the 24th, also they said they would cover the shipping, but i didnt get any paper work with the order so i have to check my credit card statement when i get it to see if they actually paid the shipping. *All in all i got the part i needed cheaper than anywhere else i found, and it seems to work just fine, but i think that go-part should be more clear on the order process and shipping* . if they credited me the shipping i would probably order from them again if not then no.
