I am relatively new at ordering American Mustang parts online, however I have now ordered the same item twice (a side view mirror because the roads in the UK are narrow and people drive too close to my car lol) from Go-Parts.com and on both occasions I have found your company to be extremely helpful, efficient and the part has been delivered to my address in the UK within a couple of weeks, which when you haven't got a mirror can seem like a lifetime. I would recommend your company everytime as I have not been disappointed :) I have attached a photo with my Huskamute puppy, though I'm not sure you will be able to use it?

After the purchase was made, several days passed without changing the status to shipped. Therefore, I tried to communicate with the company through the available e-mails, but there was not an opportune answer. So, I wrote my concern in this web site. Once the company read the note, they informed me that they wanted to make sure that it was not a fraud since I was in Venezuela and the shipment was to Miami. After clarifying them that from Miami a international courrier would bring the purchase to my country, they made the shipment which is now in transit to Miami.

I was very pleased with the customer service Go-Part provided. They contacted me before processing the order and charging my credit card to make sure the part I ordered would fit my vehicle since it was for a different model year. They told me what I would need to do when I called my dealership. The part I ordered was confirmed by the dealer. What peace of mind to know that I wouldn't need to deal with returning something that may not work.
