Just wanted you to know that I was pleasantly surprised with my "Go-Parts" experience. I rarely buy online, and now that I'm older, I rarely work on my car. Recently, though, I could hear the bearing going out on the radiator cooling fan on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I finally decided to fix it myself. I'm glad I did. After buying a repair manual, I could see the repair would be a bit challenging. The auto parts store at the corner was asking over $200 for the part, and I'm sure the dealer would be asking well over $350. Add in labor and all the other extras they would want to charge me for (drain and flush radiator, etc.) and I anticipated the dealer charging over $600. I needed the part soon--it was getting pretty noisy and decided to quit driving the car on Wednesday. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon. FedEx delivered it on Saturday morning. Perfect! With delivery, the fan cost me just over $100 from Go-Parts. By Saturday evening, I was back on the road. The experience could not have been any better. Unfortunately, I didn't find the flyer about making a video until after I was done! Probably just as well--I had a lot to learn. (o: I'm glad you're interested in customer satisfaction. Part was exactly what I needed. Came in great condition, and worked well. I saved a ton doing the job myself, and Go-Part provided me the parts I needed. I rated shipping a little lower cause I thought it could have been faster, but it was also around holiday time, and it didn't really make a difference. So very Happy overall.

I have not yet recieved my order due to the GO-PART.COM's in ability to know that it would cost them $20 more to ship to my location. It took them SIX DAYS to figure this out! Which tells me that their shipping department is slower than molasas in December! The staff I spoke with were professional and curtious. Though I cannot believe their lack of promptness in the whole process. They tell me that it will be at sent out today or tommorrow and I will have to trust them on that because they do not issue USPS prioriy tracking numbers to their customers. All in all, the price was right but there is work GO-PART.COM could do to improve their process and make the experience more seemless and efficient. At this point I am a neutral customer, if they deliver I will be a positive customer, with reservations about their shipping department's understanding of mondern technology.
