I have a Toyota Tacoma pick-up and the headlights were beginning to oxidize pretty bad. I was at the dealer getting my oil changed when I inquired on the replacement price. I about fell over when they said $279.00 + tax (7%). I could not believe the headlights would be almost $600 to replace so I went online to www.Go-Parts.com and seen the same headlights for $50.00. I ordered one thinking I would take a chance and worried if I would be disappointed. They arrived quickly and to my surprise were exactly the same (minus the oxidation) and went in no problem. They even came with new bulbs already in them. I ordered the other headlight and had the same great experience. Go-Parts has exceeded my expectations in service, quality, and price. I recommend the site to everyone I know!

Price Quality Average: 4 / 5 starsI have not yet recieved my order due to the GO-PART.COM's in ability to know that it would cost them $20 more to ship to my location. It took them SIX DAYS to figure this out! Which tells me that their shipping department is slower than molasas in December! The staff I spoke with were professional and curtious. Though I cannot believe their lack of promptness in the whole process. They tell me that it will be at sent out today or tommorrow and I will have to trust them on that because they do not issue USPS prioriy tracking numbers to their customers. All in all, the price was right but there is work GO-PART.COM could do to improve their process and make the experience more seemless and efficient. At this point I am a neutral customer, if they deliver I will be a positive customer, with reservations about their shipping department's understanding of mondern technology.by Iceworm72
