I was in need of a new passenger side mirror on my 2004 Honda Element, seems my son didn't see the large pole he was parking next too. I checked with the local Honda dealer and was flabbergasted by the cost of the part and installation - nearly $400!! Additionally, the dealer didn't have the part in stock and it would be 1-2 weeks until they got one. The mirror didn't look all that difficult to remove and install, so I did some web surfing to find the part elsewhere. Go-part.com came up in my first search. The website was really easy to maneuver through and in a very short time I had found the mirror I needed at a very reasonable cost!! I ordered the part and within 2 days it was delivered to my home. The installation instructions were very easy follow and within 10 minutes I had removed my old mirror and replaced it with my new mirror!! Go-part.com had even suggested I record the installation and submit to them, but I didn't have anyone to hold the camera while I worked. I have recommended this site to many of my friends who need parts for their cars.

First, I've gotten stupid with age. Second, Go-Part.com tolerated this stupidity multiple times without a whimper. They even helped me realize my new found handicap, and got me the right parts in spite of myself. If ever I need parts again, thesse are the guys I'll use. Outstanding customer service and great effort on their part. I couldn't be more pleased. Rock on, guys!

The lights were the perfect fit, and I replaced them in a few minutes. When the lights arrived they were perfectly packaged and they were shipped very fast. If all online transactions worked this well I would never go to a store again. Thanks

I found the we site right away and the pricing was great so I immediately ordered my radiator as the web site said it was in stock. I was a little nervous because after 3 business days I think that I would have gotten some sort of shipping information. I did receive the information on the 3rd day. I tried several times to call and was finally able to leave a voice mail. It's scary to see that your credit card has been charged yet you cannot get information on the status of your order. They finally sent me an email stating that they were out of stock on the part I ordered so they were sending me a better quality part at no extra charge which was a nice touch. I received the package 9 days after I ordered it. Other than the nervousness from having contact troubles, I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
