How long will it take to get my part?

Please refer to this map to get an idea of how much time it takes for delivery.

How come when I click on my tracking number it says "Not Found?"

FedEx / USPS may take a day or two to update the shipping status on their site. You should try checking your tracking number again the next day.

I no longer need the part I bought from Go-Part because I sold my car. Can I return it?

If you are within the allowable return period, you can return parts for any reason. If you are past the return period for your order, you cannot return a part for any reason other than warranty exchange and manufacturer defects, even if you no longer need the part.

My item broke during shipping. Can I return it?

You can exchange it for another item of that same type. You must notify go-parts.com of the damage within 5 days of receiving the package. At this point, we'll arrange and pay for return shipping of the damaged part, and send you a new one.

Can I pay with check, money order, or cash?

While we offer a variety of electronic payment methods, we do not accept check, money order, or cash.

I'm local to you. Can I pick up my items at your warehouse instead of having them shipped to me?

Yes. You will have to contact us beforehand and arrange a pickup time.

Can I have this item shipped to a friend or family member?

Certainly, although you should note that if your shipping address does not match your billing address on your credit card, we may contact you for verification. This is to prevent fraud.

I need this part tomorrow. Can you ship this item out overnight to me?

Overnight shipping may be available. Please contact us if you need your order overnighted and we'll try to work it out.

Can you match or beat a competitor's price?

We can match and beat most competitors' prices, although we have the right to decline certain price match requests. This is because some vendors may not offer the same availability of customer support as we do, may have strict policies (such as not accepting returns at all), or sell low quality parts.

How soon will I have my parts?

We're located in Sacramento, California, and ship your items out via FedEx Ground. Your parts may take anywhere from 1 - 6 days to get to you after they are shipped out.

Do you ship to anywhere in the world?

Yes we do, via US Postal Service Priority Mail International. Apart from being reliable, this also helps you avoid high brokerage fees that may be charged by FedEx and UPS.

Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

Certainly! This is done through the US Postal Service.
