1993-1997 Ford Ranger Radiator Grille Replacement

Tools required:
  • 10mm socket/ratchet with extension

  • Phillips screwdriver


Step 1: Open the vehicle's hood.

Step 2: Loosen and remove the Phillips screws (6) that line the upper edge of the radiator grille.

Step 3: You can now slide the grille from the front of the vehicle.

Step 4: Loosen and remove the 10mm nuts (2) that hold the Ford emblem to the radiator grille. You can now remove the emblem from the old radiator grille.

Step 5: Mount the emblem to the new radiator grille by tightening the 10mm nuts (2).

Step 6: Slide the new radiator grille into position, using the tabs on the BOTTOM edge of the grille to ensure proper placement.

Step 7: Tighten the Phillips screws (6) to finalize the mounting of the grille to the vehicle.
