Step 13: Position the window so you can easily access the 10mm bolts (2) that secure the window pane to the regulator rail. Loosen and remove these bolts (2). CAREFULLY lift the window pane to the TOP of the window frame, and secure it using the painter's tape.
Step 14: You can now slide and remove the window regulator/motor assembly from the vehicle.
Step 15: Mount the NEW window regulator assembly to the door frame by tightening the 10mm bolts (6).
Step 16: CAREFULLY lower the window pane onto the regulator rail. Secure it to the rail by tightening the 10mm bolts (2).
Step 17: Connect the motor's wiring harness (1), and snap the wiring bundle into the door frame using its retaining clips.
Step 18: Reattach the water shield.
Step 19: To reattach the door panel, simply reverse the removal process. However, be sure to pull any retaining pins that stayed with the door frame out, and reattach them to the door panel.
