Step 2: Loosen and remove the hand-screw that secures the parking light assembly to the vehicle.
It is located just above the parking light/blinker.
NOTE: If you are replacing your headlight due to damage or wear, it's a good idea to do the same for your parking light assembly. After all, you're removing it anyway, so it'll never be easier than it is right now!
Step 3: Pull the parking light assembly from the vehicle and disconnect the bulb/wiring harness.
It isn't uncommon for the small mounting clip that attaches the parking light to the headlight assembly to stay attached to the headlight. Simply remove it with a small screwdriver and reattach it to the parking light.
Step 4: Loosen and remove the two hand-screws that hold the headlight assembly in place.
They are located on the top of the headlight assembly.
Step 5: You can now pull the headlight assembly from the vehicle.
Step 6: Disconnect the wiring harness from the back of the headlight assembly.
NOTE: If you ordered your replacement headlight from Go-Parts, it likely includes new bulbs (as most of our models do). This can save you time, as you can simply connect the wiring harness to your new assembly and install it. However, if it doesn't include new bulbs, simply remove the protective ring, unscrew the bulb/socket, and attach it to the new assembly.
Step 7: Connect the wiring harness to the back of the new headlight assembly
Step 8: Secure the new headlight assembly into place by tightening the two hand-screws.
Step 9: Insert the parking light's bulb into the parking light casing, and secure it into place by tightening the hand-screw.
