Step 1: Using the 8mm wrench, disconnect the vehicle's negative battery cable.
Step 2: Open the vehicle's door.
Step 3: Loosen and remove the Phillips screw (1) located near the door HINGE.
Step 4: Loosen and remove the Phillips screws (2) along the BOTTOM edge of the door panel.
Step 5: Loosen and remove the Phillips screws (2) located behind the interior door pull.
Step 6: Loosen and remove the Phillips screws (2) near the door LATCH side of the panel.
Step 7: Using the door panel clip tool (or putty knife), pry and separate the interior door panel from the door frame.
A series of retaining clips secures the panel to the frame. By working your way around the outer edge of the panel, you will feel each clip. When you do, pry outward, "popping" the clip free.
Step 8: You can now LIFT and remove the interior door panel.
Step 9: Disconnect the wiring harnesses (4) from the back of the interior door panel.
Step 10: The door panel should now be completely free from the vehicle.
Step 11: Depress the retaining tabs (2) to release the power window switch. You can push the power window switch through the FRONT of the interior door panel.
Step 12: Insert the new power window switch, and snap it into place.
Step 13: To reattach the interior door panel, slide the panel over the locking lever, and into place. Reconnect the wiring harnesses (4). With a FIRM, but not too firm, strike near each retaining clip, "pop" them back into place, securing the panel to the frame.
Step 14: Tighten the Phillips screws (7).
