Step 2: Pry and remove the retaining clips (4) that line the top of the radiator grille.
To disengage these clips, simply pry and lift the center and remove them.
Step 3: Remove the front bumper cover.
To remove the front bumper cover, you will need to disengage the clips that line the underside of the front bumper cover, loosen the Phillips screw (1) inside each wheel well, and loosen the 8mm bolt (1) inside each wheel well. You can then pry and remove the front bumper cover from the vehicle.
Step 4: Using a hammer, strike the underside of each clip to remove them from the bottom end of the grille.
These clips mount the grille to the front bumper cover.
Step 5: Loosen and remove the Phillips screws (2) that secure the grille to the front bumper cover.
Step 6: You can now fully remove the radiator grille.
Step 7: Loosen and remove the Phillips screws (6) that attach the radiator "cover"┬Ł to the grille. Attach this cover to the new grille.
Step 8: Mount the radiator grille to the front bumper cover by tightening the Phillips screws (2) and re-engaging the retaining clips (4).
Step 9: Reattach the front bumper cover.
Re-engage the retaining clips that line the TOP and BOTTOM of the bumper cover. Tighten the 8mm bolt and Phillips screw inside each wheel well.
