Step 1: Remove the retaining clips and pull the trunk liner back to expose the back of the tail light assembly.
Step 2: Remove the four 8mm retaining bolts that secure the tail light assembly to the vehicle.
These bolts are located on the back of the assembly, with the fourth being inside the small opening.
Step 3: You can now pull the tail light assembly from the vehicle.
Step 4: Disconnect the wiring harness and fully remove the old assembly.
Step 5: Connect the wiring harness to the back of the new tail light assembly and move it into place.
Step 6: Secure the new tail light assembly by tightening the four 8mm retaining bolts.
Step 7: Reattach the trunk liner to cover the back of the tail light assembly.
