Step 2: Turn the retaining rods located behind the headlight assembly and pull them from the vehicle.
Step 3: By sliding the headlight toward the outside of the car, you can then pull it from the front of the vehicle.
Step 4: Disconnect the wiring harness on the back of the assembly.
Step 5: You can now fully remove the headlight assembly from the vehicle.
NOTE: If you ordered your replacement headlight from Go-Parts, it likely includes new bulbs, as most of our models do. This saves you an installation step! However, if your particular model does not include bulbs, simply burn the sockets counter-clockwise, remove them from the old assembly, and attach them to the new one. This process only takes a few moments!
Step 6: Connect the wiring harness to the back of the new headlight assembly.
Step 7: Mount the headlight by securing the mounting rods.
Insert the rods and then turn the handle securely beneath the mounting lip.
