Step 2: Loosen and remove the Phillips screw (1) inside the interior door handle.
Step 3: Pry and remove the interior door handle's bezel.
Step 4: Pry and remove the trim panel that runs along the interior door pull/arm rest.
Step 5: Loosen and remove the 10mm bolts (2) exposed by remove the door pull's trim panel.
Step 6: Pry and remove the trim panel near the side mirror mount. Disconnect the wiring harness (1).
Step 7: Using the door panel clip tool (or putty knife), pry and separate the interior door panel from the door frame.
A series of retaining clips secures the panel to the door frame. By working your way around the outer edge of the panel, you'll feel the clips. When you do, pry outward. They should "pop" as they disengage.
Step 8: You can now remove the interior door panel from the vehicle.
Step 9: To reattach the interior door panel, use the guiding tabs to ensure proper placement, and slide it into position. With a FIRM, but not too firm, strike near each retaining clip, you can "pop" the clips back into place.
Step 10: Tighten the 10mm bolts (2). Reattach the interior door pull's trim panel.
Step 11: Reattach the trim panel near the side mirror mount. Connect the wiring harness (1).
Step 12: Reattach the interior door handle's bezel. Tighten the Phillips screw (1).
