Step 2: Lift and remove the screw cover/pad from the bottom of the interior door pull cup. Loosen and remove the T30 Torx screws (2).
Step 3: Pry and remove the screw cover located inside the interior door handle. Loosen and remove the T30 Torx screw (1).
Step 4: Using the flathead screwdriver, pry and remove the retaining pin located near the LATCH side of the door panel.
Step 5: Using the door panel clip tool, pry and separate the interior door panel from the frame.
A series of retaining clips secures the panel to the door frame. As you work your way around the panel, you will feel a retaining clip. When you do, pry outward "“ it should "pop" as it disengages.
Step 6: You can now lift and remove the interior door panel. Disengage the retaining clip (1) that secures the locking rod to the back of the interior door handle. Pry and remove the power window switch from the back of the panel.
Step 7: To reattach the panel, "snap" the window switch back into place and re-engage the retaining clip (1) that secures the locking rod to the back of the interior door lock.
Step 8: Lift the panel over the locking rod, and slide it into place. With a FIRM, but not too firm, strike near each retaining clip, you should be able to "snap" them back into place.
Step 9: Tighten the T30 Torx screws (3).
Step 10: Reattach the screw cover (1) inside the interior door handle. Also, be sure to reattach the pad inside the interior door pull.
Step 11: Re-engage the retaining pin near the door latch.
