Price Quality Average: 4.5 / 5 starsThe prices at go-part.com were amazing. One of the cheapest out there. The customer service may leave a little to be desired. The customer service number is pretty much a voice mail, no matter what option you select when calling. That is a bit frustrating if you have an issue that needs immediate attention. I had shipping issues. Apparently the original shipment was lost in transit. I found a manager's email address on a review website & contacted him. He responded within 48 hours, notified me of the situation, advised me he was crediting my account for the original shipping fee, and sending me the same part by express shipping free of charge. I was highly impressed by his reaction to my issue and his willingness to go that extra mile. The part came packaged very well & safely. We have yet to install it, but plan to today. It was exactly what I ordered. If I need more parts in the future, I will more than likely order from them. I just hope they update their customby mcmullenk
