All e-mail notifications and links provided to fed-ex tracking made keeping track of my order as it crossed the country very easy. I recieved my order on May 4th, not bad ground service Sacramento CA. to Syracuse NY. I'll give you a perfect score of 10 for that part. However finding the parts I needed on your web site was another story. I could'nt get your quick parts search application to work. It hangs up after step one. You may want to have someone take a look at it. I had to scroll to the bottom of your webpage and search by part type. I feel many people may find your site but go somewhere else after finding that quick parts search doesnt work.

I had to replace to radiator fan in my car. I was told it would cost $1000 to fix it and that the fan could only be ordered through the dealership for $500 because it was a year that they began changing over to new parts and the year of my car did not have aftermarket parts listed for that year. I was able to look at the pictures of radiator fan the year before and after and see which one was on the car. I ordered the part from Go-Parts for $120 that included the shipping and fixed my car myself.

I ordered two of the same part - drivers side mirror - because my wife and I drive the same model car and both of our mirrors needed to be replaced. However, only one mirror shipped. After emailing customer service, the second mirror was shipped, but it didn't arrive until a week after the first, already 20 days after my order. If I was a mechanic or pro, this would have been a big problem. Although I received both mirrors, good quality for a good price, go-part did not apologize for the mistake or attempt to make it right by, say, paying for shipping. I think that would have been appropriate, but I was never angry enough to make a big deal about it, since it was just my wife's mirror.
