My son is a new driver and he broke the front passenger head and side light on his 1994 Subaru by getting close to a much larger pick-up truck. After a couple of trips to the local wrecking yard to look for crash parts, we were able to find the headlight, but not the side light. I was able to easily locate the part on the Go-Parts website, and it was available as a new part at a very reasonable price. The part was shipped quickly and well packed. We were able to install the side light the next day. By using a used headlight from the wrecking yard and a very reasonably priced new part from Go-Parts, my son was able to turn his $200+ lesson in being more careful when pulling out of tight places into a $100 lesson. Not bad for his first accident.

The Talon and Laser were left behind when the Eclipse moved into its 3rd design generation. As Mitsubishi, which is based in Japan, ushered in the new design style, there was little need for the Eagle or Plymouth renditions. And, despite being discontinued in 2011, a 2012 “Special Eclipse” was released and auctioned. The newly designed Eclipse is widely believed to be the last, as there are no plans to continue to design into the coming years.

I had to replace to radiator fan in my car. I was told it would cost $1000 to fix it and that the fan could only be ordered through the dealership for $500 because it was a year that they began changing over to new parts and the year of my car did not have aftermarket parts listed for that year. I was able to look at the pictures of radiator fan the year before and after and see which one was on the car. I ordered the part from Go-Parts for $120 that included the shipping and fixed my car myself.

I got online and found a great price on a new headlight assembly for my 2008 Kia Optima LX and was quick to order it on Tuesday morning(8/16/2011) of last week. My credit card was already charged last week and when I log into my account, it still says the order is "processing." I called this past Friday morning (8/19/2011) and got the voicemail for customer service, so I left my name, phone number, order #, and all relevant information. I heard nothing back by later that afternoon and so I submitted a request form on their website to be called and still have heard nothing back. I have called customer service several times today with no luck. I was really looking forward to doing great business at great prices as well as recommending to many friends that do auto-work, however, my experience thus far has been extremely poor. If I could at least be contacted by a customer service rep to be informed as to where the order actually is, that would make a world of difference! Communication is
