GO PART is great company and a pleasure to do business with. I ordered a battery for my cell phone and it arrived within a few days in good condition, exactly as advertised. However, when I attempted to charge my cell phone with the new battery it wouldn't charge. I called the service department and a nice lady said they would be happy to send me another one right away at no charge. The shipment arrived within a couple of days with TWO new batteries enclosed. In the meantime, I discovered that the problem was not the battery but my wall charger cord. I returned the two new batteries with a note explaining my error and I just wanted to let them know how much I appreciate the the interest and help with my problem. In the future, I plan on shopping GO Part for all my cell phone needs. They have great products at bargain prices plus fast shipping. Oh....They also treat their customers with respect and a caring attitude.

I needed a replacement passenger side mirror for my car after hitting a garbage can and breaking my mirror. The same thing had happened once before and the car dealership had charged me $50 to fix it. This time they wanted $500 to fix and I thought that was unreasonable so I ordered the part and fixed it myself. Go-Part had the mirror I needed at an affordable cost and it got to me quickly. I would highly recommend them to people tired of being ripped off by local car dealerships and auto repair shops!

I recently made my first purchase from It was for the passenger side remote mirror on my daughter's 2006 Nissan Xterra. I selected regular ground shipping. I am very happy with my order, their customer service, their price, and the speed with which they processed my order. I had mistakenly ordered the mirror for a Pathfinder. When I realized my error two days later, I emailed customer service who promptly replied (a very good sign of a reliable company!) and confirmed that I was lucky - the Xterra and Pathfinder use the same mirror. Anyways, the mirror was perfect and my daughter was very happy to have her dad save her the repair cost. I highly recommend this company!
