Price Quality Average: 5 / 5 starsAlthough the part I ordered arrived in time and in perfect condition I am not happy with Go-Part. I ordered a side mirror for my Nissan Sentra 2010. I mistakenly ordered a manual mirror when I needed a power mirror. I was willing to return the mirror and pay for the return shipping. But Go-Part placed all kinds of restrictions on the return- a 25% (or 40%) restocking fee, to ship the package fully insured, and return the item in the original box and packaging- even when I told them the box arrived quite damaged. I understand that ordering the wrong mirror was my mistake, but such restrictions on the refund was just ridiculous. I think customer service is pretty bad here. I will not order from here again. John, I have emailed you twice at the address you indicated and no reply as yet. Could you kindly let me know if you are interested in taking back the mirror?
