Just wanted you to know that I was pleasantly surprised with my "Go-Parts" experience. I rarely buy online, and now that I'm older, I rarely work on my car. Recently, though, I could hear the bearing going out on the radiator cooling fan on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I finally decided to fix it myself. I'm glad I did. After buying a repair manual, I could see the repair would be a bit challenging. The auto parts store at the corner was asking over $200 for the part, and I'm sure the dealer would be asking well over $350. Add in labor and all the other extras they would want to charge me for (drain and flush radiator, etc.) and I anticipated the dealer charging over $600. I needed the part soon--it was getting pretty noisy and decided to quit driving the car on Wednesday. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon. FedEx delivered it on Saturday morning. Perfect! With delivery, the fan cost me just over $100 from Go-Parts. By Saturday evening, I was back on the road. The experience could not have been any better. Unfortunately, I didn't find the flyer about making a video until after I was done! Probably just as well--I had a lot to learn. (o: I'm glad you're interested in customer satisfaction. I had no idea that you could order an auto part online from a merchant other than a dealership. Go-Part is an excellent alternative rather than a dealership which charges excessive amounts of money on almost everything they sell. Also Go-Parts (for ca residents only) said my part would arrive within three weeks. Well guess what, it arrived sooner and the part was a perfect fit the first time. Unlike some of the experiences i had going through dealerships. I definitely will order all of my auto parts and other items through this store and recommend everyone reading this to do the same!

Delighted to easily find and order the part I needed at a fraction of what the dealership would have charged me. The problem was with FedEx who had the box on their truck for delivery Dec. 29, Dec. 30 and finally got around to delivering it on Jan 4.

I ordered the Koyo Radiator for my 2002 Nissan Xterra from Go-Part. The ordering process was straight-forward. When I followed up on the order two days later to check the status of my order, it was very challenging to reach anyone in customer service...I left lots of voice mails with no returned calls. Eventually I got through and learned the part was going to be drop-shipped. What I expected would be a 2-3 day delivery based on the Go-Part shipping charts ended up taking a week--not much fun when my truck was down due to a busted radiator. The part arrived in good shape and was easily installed...I had read where others had issues with Koyo radiators not fitting properly or being too tight. This was not the case for me as everything fit like it's supposed to. All-in-all it was an okay experience. I got the exact part I wanted, but the experience left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth since it took numerous phone calls just to get someone at Go-Part to pick up the phone.
