I have a Toyota Tacoma pick-up and the headlights were beginning to oxidize pretty bad. I was at the dealer getting my oil changed when I inquired on the replacement price. I about fell over when they said $279.00 + tax (7%). I could not believe the headlights would be almost $600 to replace so I went online to www.Go-Parts.com and seen the same headlights for $50.00. I ordered one thinking I would take a chance and worried if I would be disappointed. They arrived quickly and to my surprise were exactly the same (minus the oxidation) and went in no problem. They even came with new bulbs already in them. I ordered the other headlight and had the same great experience. Go-Parts has exceeded my expectations in service, quality, and price. I ordered the Koyo Radiator for my 2002 Nissan Xterra from Go-Part. The ordering process was straight-forward. When I followed up on the order two days later to check the status of my order, it was very challenging to reach anyone in customer service...I left lots of voice mails with no returned calls. Eventually I got through and learned the part was going to be drop-shipped. What I expected would be a 2-3 day delivery based on the Go-Part shipping charts ended up taking a week--not much fun when my truck was down due to a busted radiator. The part arrived in good shape and was easily installed...I had read where others had issues with Koyo radiators not fitting properly or being too tight. This was not the case for me as everything fit like it's supposed to. All-in-all it was an okay experience. I got the exact part I wanted, but the experience left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth since it took numerous phone calls just to get someone at Go-Part to pick up the phone.

Since writing my original review I have received the cooling fan assembly that I ordered, better late than not at all. It was an exact fit for the vehicle I ordered it for, was in perfect condition and operates as it should. Also since writing my original review, I received a phone call from one of the General Managers of Go-Parts.com apologizing for the disasterous shipping time. He, on behalf of the company, refunded all the shipping costs I had paid with the exception of what it would have cost to ship normal ground. It in turn saved my customer approximately $50. I am here to re-review Go-Parts.com. I will recommend them in the future as well as use them for hard to find parts myself. Any company that goes above and beyond to make things right with a dissatisfied customer, will get my business.
