Just wanted you to know that I was pleasantly surprised with my "Go-Parts" experience. I rarely buy online, and now that I'm older, I rarely work on my car. Recently, though, I could hear the bearing going out on the radiator cooling fan on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I finally decided to fix it myself. I'm glad I did. After buying a repair manual, I could see the repair would be a bit challenging. The auto parts store at the corner was asking over $200 for the part, and I'm sure the dealer would be asking well over $350. Add in labor and all the other extras they would want to charge me for (drain and flush radiator, etc.) and I anticipated the dealer charging over $600. I needed the part soon--it was getting pretty noisy and decided to quit driving the car on Wednesday. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon. FedEx delivered it on Saturday morning. Perfect! With delivery, the fan cost me just over $100 from Go-Parts. By Saturday evening, I was back on the road. The experience could not have been any better. Unfortunately, I didn't find the flyer about making a video until after I was done! Probably just as well--I had a lot to learn. (o: I'm glad you're interested in customer satisfaction. Chevrolet Silverado Tail Lights & Bulbs

The Silverado is a family vehicle of some substance, a fine machine manufactured to the exacting quality standards one expects from a great name like Chevrolet, and with this being such a robust and impressive machine it should be expected that a Silverado bought now will still b running in many years time. A supply of quality replacement parts makes this possible, particularly in the case of vulnerable and somewhat fragile parts such as tail lights. While essential items, they are vulnerable to flying stones or damage in an accident, and need replacing quickly as a result.

I have not yet recieved my order due to the GO-PART.COM's in ability to know that it would cost them $20 more to ship to my location. It took them SIX DAYS to figure this out! Which tells me that their shipping department is slower than molasas in December! The staff I spoke with were professional and curtious. Though I cannot believe their lack of promptness in the whole process. They tell me that it will be at sent out today or tommorrow and I will have to trust them on that because they do not issue USPS prioriy tracking numbers to their customers. All in all, the price was right but there is work GO-PART.COM could do to improve their process and make the experience more seemless and efficient. At this point I am a neutral customer, if they deliver I will be a positive customer, with reservations about their shipping department's understanding of mondern technology.

We ordered a tail light for a Toyota Highlander. It arrived quickly, was well packed and it works! What more could you ask? I feel like I have a new car. Oh, and the price was the best I could find.

The part arrived in a timely fashion and was exactly what I thought I was buying. Installation was made easy due to buying not just the part, but all the wiring being included. In the event that I need to order another car part, I will check back here first.
