Just wanted you to know that I was pleasantly surprised with my "Go-Parts" experience. I rarely buy online, and now that I'm older, I rarely work on my car. Recently, though, I could hear the bearing going out on the radiator cooling fan on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I finally decided to fix it myself. I'm glad I did. After buying a repair manual, I could see the repair would be a bit challenging. The auto parts store at the corner was asking over $200 for the part, and I'm sure the dealer would be asking well over $350. Add in labor and all the other extras they would want to charge me for (drain and flush radiator, etc.) and I anticipated the dealer charging over $600. I needed the part soon--it was getting pretty noisy and decided to quit driving the car on Wednesday. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon. FedEx delivered it on Saturday morning. Perfect! With delivery, the fan cost me just over $100 from Go-Parts. By Saturday evening, I was back on the road. The experience could not have been any better. Unfortunately, I didn't find the flyer about making a video until after I was done! Probably just as well--I had a lot to learn. (o: I'm glad you're interested in customer satisfaction. It is the key to a successful business. Best regards, Wes Keyson Orangevale, CA

Chevrolet Cobalt Radiator

There are many problems that can arisethat will shorten the life of the radiator. If the coolant sits too long, the radiator canbegin to “rot”. When this happens, the coolant corrodes the inside of the radiator, weakening it internally, and causing it to leak. Heat is also an adversary, as it can melt the adhesivethat holds the clamps in place. On some radiators, the clamps themselves are made of a plastic material and can melt from extreme engine heat.

**Update: I have been contacted by John to resolve my previous issue and I am impressed by their commitment to satisfying their customers. The part I ordered works great and shipping was fast. Although an adaptor was necessary to install the radiator fan and there was no adaptor included with the purchase, I can truly say that I am satisfied with my purchase and will shop here again. The prices are remarkably lower than anywhere else and their product is of excellent quality. I am happy that they reached out to me to resolve my issue. I would recommend Go-part to my friends and family. I ordered a radiator fan for a 2000 Honda accord. The website matched the part with my specific vehicle. When installing the fan assembly, I noticed the screw holes to secure the fan did not line up with those of my car. I had to use zip-ties to secure the fan to my car. This is not optimum. Go-parts matched my car with the fan and they were not exact matches. This product should have come with an adapt
