I needed to replace the side view mirror on the drivers side of my 2005 Nissan Maxima. I went to the dealer and the price was outrageous! Fortunately the parts rep suggested that I try on line. Your company was very helpful and I was able to replace the mirror for much less than the dealership asked. Service was very good.

Kia Optima Headlights

The rapid ascent that Kia has witnessed in the automotive industry is nothing short of staggering. By developing warranties that protected buyers against what was once considered a “fallible vehicle”, the brand was able to expand its reach, earn the trust of buyers everywhere, and ultimately, improve the overall quality of their vehicles. The Kia Optima was originally released in 2000 under the Hyundai banner, but by providing a solid, mid-size sedan, the Korean automaker has begun to show that they truly understand what consumers want.

First of all, the site was easy to use, and right away I found they had the lowest price, when comparing to other auto parts sites. About the only concern I had with that was them being in California, so I knew the shipping would be a bit more. One problem I had was that the photo for the item was the opposite side, and I ended up calling their customer service about that and they said it happens, but always go with the actual description, not the photo. And that reassured me, but I would have felt even better if the customer service person would have taken that more seriously and made a note of it and indicated it would be fixed, thanking me for calling it to their attention. But instead, I was left wondering if I was actually going to get the driver's side headlight assembly, or end up with the pictured passenger side. Also, I had placed the order on a Thursday, so I had a feeling the order might not make it out of there in their advertised 24 hours. And it didn't. In fact, the

I failed to notice when to expect the part - but for almost $20 shipping, it had better be soon. :)

I was very happy with this service. I received my parts promptly and in perfect condition. The shipping fees were reasonable and I could not find this part anywhere for a less expensive price. My tail lights look great! Thank you.

I had to replace to radiator fan in my car. I was told it would cost $1000 to fix it and that the fan could only be ordered through the dealership for $500 because it was a year that they began changing over to new parts and the year of my car did not have aftermarket parts listed for that year. I was able to look at the pictures of radiator fan the year before and after and see which one was on the car. I ordered the part from Go-Parts for $120 that included the shipping and fixed my car myself.
