Ordered a tail light for a 2006 Toyota Highlander. Turn signal did not operate properly after installation, took it to local dealer for diagnosis and found the wiring was defective. Cost us $95 to have it repaired. We could not send it back since we had thrown the damaged one away and could not be without the vehicle for the amount of turnaround time required for a return.Go-Part has responded very favorable considering this issue and I am very happy with that. Since I placed my order, management changes and the addition of more personnel has made working with Go-Part much easier.

I ordered a left side mirror for a 2008 Saturn Outlook with power and heat. the mirror arrived and I checked the paperwork and the mirror for damage, it all looked fine. I didn't have time to install it in the allocated 14 days, and when I did install it, i found that it did not have heat on it. Ok, my mistake, I'll live with it, and installed it anyway. Go-Part's service manager, John, contacted me when he saw that it was wrong and offered to correct the problem. I would say this is going beyond expectations in correcting the issue.
