A couple of years ago (2009) I purchased a replacement radiator cooling fan for my wife's '04 Saturn Ion. Go-Parts.com had the cheapest I could find anywhere and I was able to quickly locate it based on the original OEM part number. To have the work done by a shop would have cost me over $800 and taken a couple of days. I purchased the OEM replacement fan from Go-Parts.com for just under $100 and did the work in about an hour. The fan worked perfectly for about 2 years and then it started acting up. I went back to Go-Parts.com and found out the item had a limited lifetime warranty. I contacted customer service about the warranty and started the process without any hassle. I simply purchased a replacement from the website, sent the old broken one back to Go-Parts in the box that the new one came in with pre-paid shipping by Go-Parts and was refunded the purchase price of the replacement fan. In the end, 3 years later I still have a working cooling fan and I've only ever had to pay the original purchase and shipping. The prices are great and the customer service is excellent. I definitely look for parts on Go-Parts.com before looking anywhere else.

My '98 Nissan Quest's radiator fan seized up and and almost caught fire. I called my local Nissan dealer for a price of a new fan assy, it looked easy enough to do myself. The dealer wanted over $360 bucks. I went online, googled my part, and found Go-Part.com. They were asking for $92.95, big difference. With the warranty they give, I ordered, recieved it pretty quickly, and installed it really easily. Go-Part.com saved my wallet and my car. I will shop there again.

I ordered the Koyo Radiator for my 2002 Nissan Xterra from Go-Part. The ordering process was straight-forward. When I followed up on the order two days later to check the status of my order, it was very challenging to reach anyone in customer service...I left lots of voice mails with no returned calls. Eventually I got through and learned the part was going to be drop-shipped. What I expected would be a 2-3 day delivery based on the Go-Part shipping charts ended up taking a week--not much fun when my truck was down due to a busted radiator. The part arrived in good shape and was easily installed...I had read where others had issues with Koyo radiators not fitting properly or being too tight. This was not the case for me as everything fit like it's supposed to. All-in-all it was an okay experience. I got the exact part I wanted, but the experience left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth since it took numerous phone calls just to get someone at Go-Part to pick up the phone.
