Just wanted you to know that I was pleasantly surprised with my "Go-Parts" experience. I rarely buy online, and now that I'm older, I rarely work on my car. Recently, though, I could hear the bearing going out on the radiator cooling fan on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I finally decided to fix it myself. I'm glad I did. After buying a repair manual, I could see the repair would be a bit challenging. The auto parts store at the corner was asking over $200 for the part, and I'm sure the dealer would be asking well over $350. Add in labor and all the other extras they would want to charge me for (drain and flush radiator, etc.) and I anticipated the dealer charging over $600. I needed the part soon--it was getting pretty noisy and decided to quit driving the car on Wednesday. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon. FedEx delivered it on Saturday morning. Perfect! With delivery, the fan cost me just over $100 from Go-Parts. By Saturday evening, I was back on the road. The experience could not have been any better. Unfortunately, I didn't find the flyer about making a video until after I was done! Probably just as well--I had a lot to learn. (o: I'm glad you're interested in customer satisfaction. Other retailers throughout the internet had ridiculous prices, Go-Part.com's prices were the most reasonable. Looking through the selection of parts, I noticed that they do not offer an extensive catalog other retailers do. However, the parts they do have and the service they give make going to Go-Part.com the best. I can see why they are successful in that it focuses on certain parts/ part catagories not an extensive (exhaustive) list of parts others do, but provide the best prices for the parts they do offer. I did a comparison. Overall, you can save going to Go-Part.com for specific parts. The shipping was quick (I don't live that far away from origin) and used Fedex, providing the tracking numbers. There was no answer at the phone number, no one on-line chat, and had to send several emails to get a response about returning part. By then the two week return was over. Quite a racket! No problem sending me an order number of letting me know the part had been shipped. The customer relations dept. did contact me by phone and email and since has issued a full refund for the returned part. Good customer relations.by rippedoff.
