I have a Toyota Tacoma pick-up and the headlights were beginning to oxidize pretty bad. I was at the dealer getting my oil changed when I inquired on the replacement price. I about fell over when they said $279.00 + tax (7%). I could not believe the headlights would be almost $600 to replace so I went online to www.Go-Parts.com and seen the same headlights for $50.00. Price Quality Average: 4 / 5 starsI got online and found a great price on a new headlight assembly for my 2008 Kia Optima LX and was quick to order it on Tuesday morning(8/16/2011) of last week. My credit card was already charged last week and when I log into my account, it still says the order is "processing." I called this past Friday morning (8/19/2011) and got the voicemail for customer service, so I left my name, phone number, order #, and all relevant information. I heard nothing back by later that afternoon and so I submitted a request form on their website to be called and still have heard nothing back. I have called customer service several times today with no luck. I was really looking forward to doing great business at great prices as well as recommending to many friends that do auto-work, however, my experience thus far has been extremely poor. If I could at least be contacted by a customer service rep to be informed as to where the order actually is, that would make a world of difference! Communication isby drifter_22
