I ordered a radiator for a 2004 Dodge 2500 Sprinter last month and upon arriving, while it was the correct shape, I found that it would not fit. It was missing crucial mounting holes and clips. Frustrated, I let Go-Part know and asked them what they could do for me, and they offered to give a full refund, including shipping, as well as pay for shipping back. I ended up finding a radiator that fit locally, however, these guys took care of me and made the process really easy. Even though it didn't fit, I would definitely deal with them again. I have 100% confidence that if something goes wrong that they'll take care of it for me!
