Just wanted you to know that I was pleasantly surprised with my "Go-Parts" experience. I rarely buy online, and now that I'm older, I rarely work on my car. Recently, though, I could hear the bearing going out on the radiator cooling fan on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I finally decided to fix it myself. I'm glad I did. After buying a repair manual, I could see the repair would be a bit challenging. The auto parts store at the corner was asking over $200 for the part, and I'm sure the dealer would be asking well over $350. Add in labor and all the other extras they would want to charge me for (drain and flush radiator, etc.) and I anticipated the dealer charging over $600. I needed the part soon--it was getting pretty noisy and decided to quit driving the car on Wednesday. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon. FedEx delivered it on Saturday morning. Perfect! With delivery, the fan cost me just over $100 from Go-Parts. By Saturday evening, I was back on the road. The experience could not have been any better. Unfortunately, I didn't find the flyer about making a video until after I was done! Probably just as well--I had a lot to learn. (o: I'm glad you're interested in customer satisfaction. ***EDIT***. Recieved a call from Mr. Smith and he explained to me that they were having problems with their phone system. Stated that he was concerned about my experience and was sending me a new radiator as we spoke. Got the new radiator in a week (that was great) and send back my old one. Considering I have no reason to not believe the company i am revising my review and rating to good as of 4/08/2009. I ordered a A2207 Koyo Radiator from this company on Monday, March 23, 2009 and recieved on the 28th. That was great until i opened the box and saw that the overflow nipple was busted of and the radiator was twisted. To be fair i tried to contact them on Saturday (28th) and now again on Monday (30th). What worries me is i cant leave a message and nobody answers the phone. As an auditor that raises a red flag instantly. Also, statistically speaking, thier bias towards all great reviews and then some bad reviews is an oddity. Statiscally speaking, most reviews should fall in the
