The part I ordered was shipped promptly. The shipping information was sent to me via email which included a link to track my order. Upon viewing the link, I learned exactly where my order was and approximately when it would arrive. I learned that an attempt to deliver had been made and when the next attempt would be. If my parcel had been deliverable the first time, the transaction would have been completed in 5 BUSINESS days as promised. The ordering public needs to pay attention to how a weekend may stretch out the expected delivery date The part has not been installed yet so I don't know where I stand with the quality of the item. To date I am pleased with the transaction.

My financial dilemma was resolved via Paul Smith at Go-Part.com. My previous order was for a 2dr Coupe vs. the 4-dr sedan, therefore, I am placing a re-order this week. Also, I have not had problems getting Customer Service personnel on the phone which has been a major improvement.
