Just wanted you to know that I was pleasantly surprised with my "Go-Parts" experience. I rarely buy online, and now that I'm older, I rarely work on my car. Recently, though, I could hear the bearing going out on the radiator cooling fan on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I finally decided to fix it myself. I'm glad I did. After buying a repair manual, I could see the repair would be a bit challenging. The auto parts store at the corner was asking over $200 for the part, and I'm sure the dealer would be asking well over $350. Add in labor and all the other extras they would want to charge me for (drain and flush radiator, etc.) and I anticipated the dealer charging over $600. I needed the part soon--it was getting pretty noisy and decided to quit driving the car on Wednesday. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon. FedEx delivered it on Saturday morning. Perfect! With delivery, the fan cost me just over $100 from Go-Parts. By Saturday evening, I was back on the road. The experience could not have been any better. Unfortunately, I didn't find the flyer about making a video until after I was done! Probably just as well--I had a lot to learn. (o: I'm glad you're interested in customer satisfaction. Honda Civic Turn Signal Light

In 1972, Honda introduced its Civic model. It was definitely a commuter car,featuring only an AM radio, plastic trimmed seats,and steel rims. Obviously, the model has gone upscale with today's Civic being equipped with a GPS system, leather seats, and custom rims.

After reading other reviews I was apprehensive and ready to cancel the 2001 Volvo V70 radiator I'd ordered. I had placed my order online on a Saturday, got no notice of shipping on Monday. I had decided that I would call Tuesday and cancel my order. Tuesday morning I checked my order status online, it was ready for pickup by FedEx, I tracked it online until it was delivered on Thursday. Right part, great price, shipping time was reasonable for what it cost. I'd buy from Go-Part again.

The part was good quality and as described. The price was a fraction of what the dealer was asking and it arrived in a very timely manor. Although there was almost no customer service to speak of because I couldn't get anyone on the phone or to return my messages, I also emailed my questions about the part I was ordering but the response to my questions was unsatisfactory. I would recommend buying from Go-Parts but only if you know exactly what you need and don't have to contact customer service about questions concerning the part.
