Go-Parts customer service staff was very helpful making sure I ordered the correct part for my 1996 Toyota mini-van. Your team even delayed my purchase when it realized that Toyota updated its records of the current product available. How wonderful to receive an e-mail stating I need to call into your company to ensure the parts I ordered met my car requirements. I received the parts quickly and at the best price available on the Net. Thanks! Have a wonderful day!
Originating in the 1950s, and then resurfacing permanently in 1991, the Ford Crown Victoria has been a popular model for the American automaker on a variety of fronts. From taxi cabs to police cruisers, the full-size sedan provides some impressive power for a vehicle in its class. When this engine power is combined with a spacious interior, the design has the necessary components to lend itself to a variety of civil service purposes. The automotive world first saw the “Crown Victoria” nameplate as a rendition of the Ford Fairlane, though the name is most synonymous with its uses today.

Price Quality Average: 5 / 5 starsAlthough the part I ordered arrived in time and in perfect condition I am not happy with Go-Part. I ordered a side mirror for my Nissan Sentra 2010. I mistakenly ordered a manual mirror when I needed a power mirror. I was willing to return the mirror and pay for the return shipping. But Go-Part placed all kinds of restrictions on the return- a 25% (or 40%) restocking fee, to ship the package fully insured, and return the item in the original box and packaging- even when I told them the box arrived quite damaged. I understand that ordering the wrong mirror was my mistake, but such restrictions on the refund was just ridiculous. I think customer service is pretty bad here. I will not order from here again. John, I have emailed you twice at the address you indicated and no reply as yet. Could you kindly let me know if you are interested in taking back the mirror? Added on 07/10/13: I was contacted by Go-Part and informed that I would be receiving a full refund. I am very satisfied with thby Firaz
