Just wanted you to know that I was pleasantly surprised with my "Go-Parts" experience. I rarely buy online, and now that I'm older, I rarely work on my car. Recently, though, I could hear the bearing going out on the radiator cooling fan on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I finally decided to fix it myself. I'm glad I did. After buying a repair manual, I could see the repair would be a bit challenging. The auto parts store at the corner was asking over $200 for the part, and I'm sure the dealer would be asking well over $350. Add in labor and all the other extras they would want to charge me for (drain and flush radiator, etc.) and I anticipated the dealer charging over $600. I needed the part soon--it was getting pretty noisy and decided to quit driving the car on Wednesday. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon. FedEx delivered it on Saturday morning. Perfect! With delivery, the fan cost me just over $100 from Go-Parts. By Saturday evening, I was back on the road. The experience could not have been any better. Unfortunately, I didn't find the flyer about making a video until after I was done! Probably just as well--I had a lot to learn. (o: I'm glad you're interested in customer satisfaction. It is the key to a successful business. Best regards, Wes Keyson Orangevale, CA

Dodge Dakota Cooling Fan Assemblies

Whether you are towing your boat to the lake or visiting worksites during the day, the cooling system in your Dakota must perform perfectly. Even the slightest front-end damage can puncture a radiator, causing a much larger issue if the situation isn't resolved. Imagine traveling on vacation, towing a 5th wheel, and suddenly realizing that your engine is overheating. Not only is this an inconvenience, but it can also become incredibly expensive. If overheating isn't remedied quickly, you could be shopping for a new engine, which is a completely different league of repair from the standard radiator replacement!

After reading other reviews I was apprehensive and ready to cancel the 2001 Volvo V70 radiator I'd ordered. I had placed my order online on a Saturday, got no notice of shipping on Monday. I had decided that I would call Tuesday and cancel my order. Tuesday morning I checked my order status online, it was ready for pickup by FedEx, I tracked it online until it was delivered on Thursday. Right part, great price, shipping time was reasonable for what it cost. I'd buy from Go-Part again.
