Just wanted you to know that I was pleasantly surprised with my "Go-Parts" experience. I rarely buy online, and now that I'm older, I rarely work on my car. Recently, though, I could hear the bearing going out on the radiator cooling fan on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I finally decided to fix it myself. I'm glad I did. After buying a repair manual, I could see the repair would be a bit challenging. The auto parts store at the corner was asking over $200 for the part, and I'm sure the dealer would be asking well over $350. Add in labor and all the other extras they would want to charge me for (drain and flush radiator, etc.) and I anticipated the dealer charging over $600. I needed the part soon--it was getting pretty noisy and decided to quit driving the car on Wednesday. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon. FedEx delivered it on Saturday morning. Perfect! With delivery, the fan cost me just over $100 from Go-Parts. By Saturday evening, I was back on the road. The experience could not have been any better. Unfortunately, I didn't find the flyer about making a video until after I was done! Probably just as well--I had a lot to learn. (o: I'm glad you're interested in customer satisfaction. I received my order yesterday and was initially impresssed by the packaging. The contents would have survived a nuclear holocaust. The FedEx delivery was tracked from the moment my order was processed until it arrived at my door. The folks at Go-Part are to be commended for their promptness, courtesy and professional attention to details. The headlight assemblies were supposed to be used and I expected them to show some wear. This was not the case. Both parts were better than the originals. They were perfect fits. This is only the beginning of a long relationship between me and the Go-Part comany. Update 1/14/2013; I received an explanation for the delay, an apology for the delay and a refund of the shipping charges. The quick response and the offer of a shipping refund is something I would expect from a reputable vendor and Go-Part has provided both. While I understand delays can happen, Go-Part made the effort to make my experience 'right' and it is this type of customer service that will make me a repeat customer. I was looking for a headlight assembly and found the part at Go-Part. I found it at other sites too but Go-Part was $5 less so I decided to use them though I was not thrilled paying $14.90 for shipping and handling. I completed my purchase via PayPal on Jan. 3 and I'm still waiting for my part (January 12) with eta of January 15. According to FedEx tracking, Go-Part did not even submit the shipment until late Monday (after FedEx pickup) so it went out on Tuesday. Lesson learned; buying parts with Go-Part might be easy but unless you live on the Left Coast don't exp

My experience was good, my only comment is they take too long to ship the order, it takes around 3 days to process the order. all other matters and product quality is excellent.
