I was in need of a new passenger side mirror on my 2004 Honda Element, seems my son didn't see the large pole he was parking next too. I checked with the local Honda dealer and was flabbergasted by the cost of the part and installation - nearly $400!! Additionally, the dealer didn't have the part in stock and it would be 1-2 weeks until they got one. The mirror didn't look all that difficult to remove and install, so I did some web surfing to find the part elsewhere. Go-Parts.com came up in my first search. The website was really easy to maneuver through and in a very short time I had found the mirror I needed at a very reasonable cost!! I ordered the part and within 2 days it was delivered to my home. The installation instructions were very easy follow and within 10 minutes I had removed my old mirror and replaced it with my new mirror!! Go-Parts.com had even suggested I record the installation and submit to them, but I didn't have anyone to hold the camera while I worked. I have recommended this site to many of my friends who need parts for their cars.

I was extremely satisfied with the price of the products. I didn't have a clear understanding of the shipping for the price I paid I thought the products were being shipped by air but instead they were transported on land. For the price I could not really complain for the extra time it took for the parts to arrive.I had a wonderful representative who asked me to call the dealership and get the part number just to make sure I had the correct part. The parts fit and I am really enjoying my a/c in this scorching Texas heat. I will recommend go-parts to others.

I got online and found a great price on a new headlight assembly for my 2008 Kia Optima LX and was quick to order it on Tuesday morning(8/16/2011) of last week. My credit card was already charged last week and when I log into my account, it still says the order is "processing." I called this past Friday morning (8/19/2011) and got the voicemail for customer service, so I left my name, phone number, order #, and all relevant information. I heard nothing back by later that afternoon and so I submitted a request form on their website to be called and still have heard nothing back. I have called customer service several times today with no luck. I was really looking forward to doing great business at great prices as well as recommending to many friends that do auto-work, however, my experience thus far has been extremely poor. If I could at least be contacted by a customer service rep to be informed as to where the order actually is, that would make a world of difference! Communication is
