Just wanted you to know that I was pleasantly surprised with my "Go-Parts" experience. I rarely buy online, and now that I'm older, I rarely work on my car. Recently, though, I could hear the bearing going out on the radiator cooling fan on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I finally decided to fix it myself. I'm glad I did. After buying a repair manual, I could see the repair would be a bit challenging. The auto parts store at the corner was asking over $200 for the part, and I'm sure the dealer would be asking well over $350. Add in labor and all the other extras they would want to charge me for (drain and flush radiator, etc.) and I anticipated the dealer charging over $600. I needed the part soon--it was getting pretty noisy and decided to quit driving the car on Wednesday. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon. FedEx delivered it on Saturday morning. Perfect! With delivery, the fan cost me just over $100 from Go-Parts. By Saturday evening, I was back on the road. The experience could not have been any better. Unfortunately, I didn't find the flyer about making a video until after I was done! Probably just as well--I had a lot to learn. (o: I'm glad you're interested in customer satisfaction. I ordered a passenger side mirror for my 2003 Honda Element. I did my research & this site had the best price around. Significantly less (with shipping) than all the salvage yards I checked between Maine & Connecticut. I was going on a road trip & thought I could score locally. Not only was GO-Part the best price on line & locally, but I had my mirror within 2 days of my return which was less than 5 days from when I ordered it. It shipped fast and was well packaged & they were great with communication regarding my order. If the few neg reviews you have seen makes you uneasy, don't let it. If I grace the wall of the carport again & need a new mirror or any other part that they may have available you can best believe after my more than positive experience I will be ordering from these folks again. I even told my mechanic about them & he's added them to his list of suppliers because his own resource was $50 more than these guys were for the same product. Thanks for offering great service
