Just wanted you to know that I was pleasantly surprised with my "Go-Parts" experience. I rarely buy online, and now that I'm older, I rarely work on my car. Recently, though, I could hear the bearing going out on the radiator cooling fan on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I finally decided to fix it myself. I'm glad I did. After buying a repair manual, I could see the repair would be a bit challenging. The auto parts store at the corner was asking over $200 for the part, and I'm sure the dealer would be asking well over $350. Add in labor and all the other extras they would want to charge me for (drain and flush radiator, etc.) and I anticipated the dealer charging over $600. I needed the part soon--it was getting pretty noisy and decided to quit driving the car on Wednesday. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon. FedEx delivered it on Saturday morning. Perfect! With delivery, the fan cost me just over $100 from Go-Parts. By Saturday evening, I was back on the road. The experience could not have been any better. Unfortunately, I didn't find the flyer about making a video until after I was done! Probably just as well--I had a lot to learn. (o: I'm glad you're interested in customer satisfaction. It was exactly what I was looking for. I did not know how to install it but with just a few moment of critical thinking it was not hard to find out. if you get this make sure your lights still work cause you have to use the old ones or get new lights. Only the reflector is apart of this order.

11/30/2012-I am updating my review after new developments. Service manager John went out of his way to correct my problems. He got everything straightened out and I couldn't be happier. Go-Part is a good outfit and will take care of you. I have no qualms about using them in the future. 11/12/12 I have mixed emotions about this place. They sent me the wrong part, but were quick to respond to phone calls and email. They wanted me to go to a dealer to find out a part number, because they couldn't figure it out. I ordered a side mirror for my truck and followed their parts description for ordering. Problem is, they lump a whole bunch of mirrors with different wire connectors and mounts into the same category for my truck. I went round and round with the service department about getting the right mirror, the service agent was more concerned with who was at fault. He said that if I ordered the wrong part, I would have to pay to ship it back.( I followed their website instructions to the lett
