Just wanted you to know that I was pleasantly surprised with my "Go-Parts" experience. I rarely buy online, and now that I'm older, I rarely work on my car. Recently, though, I could hear the bearing going out on the radiator cooling fan on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I finally decided to fix it myself. I'm glad I did. After buying a repair manual, I could see the repair would be a bit challenging. The auto parts store at the corner was asking over $200 for the part, and I'm sure the dealer would be asking well over $350. Add in labor and all the other extras they would want to charge me for (drain and flush radiator, etc.) and I anticipated the dealer charging over $600. I needed the part soon--it was getting pretty noisy and decided to quit driving the car on Wednesday. I ordered the part on Thursday afternoon. FedEx delivered it on Saturday morning. Perfect! With delivery, the fan cost me just over $100 from Go-Parts. By Saturday evening, I was back on the road. The experience could not have been any better. Unfortunately, I didn't find the flyer about making a video until after I was done! Probably just as well--I had a lot to learn. (o: I'm glad you're interested in customer satisfaction. After contacting your company through this web-site about an issue I had with the mirror and it's reflective quality in a side view mirror I had ordered I received a phone call, with in hours. Your representative stated that it was very important that you take care of your customers and solve their problems. He immediately offer to replace the item with another unfortunately I had already installed the mirror and I did not want to reinstall another. This gentleman then offered to refund a percentage of the cost of the mirror. I was not looking for more then perhaps ordering a new glass for the mirror. I was very pleased to hear back from your company given the cynicism of today's world I wasn't expecting to. I must say your representative made every effort to satisfy my needs and I am very happy with the service you provide and will deal with your company again if the need arises. Thanks again, R. Thomas
