Side Mirrors - Which Brand is Right for Me?

A couple of years ago (2009) I purchased a replacement radiator cooling fan for my wife's '04 Saturn Ion. Go-Parts.com had the cheapest I could find anywhere and I was able to quickly locate it based on the original OEM part number. To have the work done by a shop would have cost me over $800 and taken a couple of days. I purchased the OEM replacement fan from Go-Parts.com for just under $100 and did the work in about an hour. The fan worked perfectly for about 2 years and then it started acting up. I went back to Go-Parts.com and found out the item had a limited lifetime warranty. I contacted customer service about the warranty and started the process without any hassle. I simply purchased a replacement from the website, sent the old broken one back to Go-Parts in the box that the new one came in with pre-paid shipping by Go-Parts and was refunded the purchase price of the replacement fan. In the end, 3 years later I still have a working cooling fan and I've only ever had to pay the original purchase and shipping. The prices are great and the customer service is excellent. I definitely look for parts on Go-Parts.com before looking anywhere else.

I liked the pricing of the part, however, I ordered it about a week before leaving on vacation, and the part did not come within the window of dates specified on the website, and therefore did not arrive before I left with the family on vacation. That caused me to have to buy the part from a local parts store for more money. The return policy/ process was not clear on the website, and so I called you customer service and left a message, and never got a call back. I still have the part with no use for it at the moment, but am sure the return period has passed, and now I'm stuck. This all would have been avoided if 1. the part arrived when the website said it would, and 2. if I received a call back from customer service. Neither happened, and now I am out the money I paid and have a brand new part with no use.

I Placed my order on 18th, never got any shipping info($14.90 shipping charge, located about 5 hrs away from me )I talked to Paul Smith on the live chat on the 19th,He told me it would ship that day , I checked the site after 5pm still not done processing, so its 20th now and were still processing ,also now the live chat is unavailable, . after posting a bad review on this site ,someone called me back on the 22nd and said it would be shipping out and be here the 23rd i didnt get it until the 24th, also they said they would cover the shipping, but i didnt get any paper work with the order so i have to check my credit card statement when i get it to see if they actually paid the shipping. *All in all i got the part i needed cheaper than anywhere else i found, and it seems to work just fine, but i think that go-part should be more clear on the order process and shipping* . if they credited me the shipping i would probably order from them again if not then no.
