Every metal fabricated bracket is precise CNC laser cut and precision formed in CNC press break, there is expert workmanship in every component of the kit. Powder coated or Zinc plated to provide an extremely durable protective barrier to prevent corrosion. Black MAX Shocks feature advanced Foam-Cell technology, twin-tube construction with DOM tubing internal cylinder. Increased fluid capacity at least 30% more for MAXimum heat dissipation. Advanced foam-cell technology, a Low-Pro foam insert increases fluid density when fluid is being compressed (compression shock) and eliminates air as fluid expands (expansion shock). Orifice control disk opens and closes depending on rate of speed of the piston moving through the oil. Each end mount is arc-welded 360 degrees all around for strength.
