How can I track my order?
Please Click Here to track your order. You will be required to enter your Order # and the E-mail address used to place the order.
How come when I click on my tracking number it says "Not Found?"
Tracking information can take 1-2 days to update. Check back tomorrow if you see this message.
Can I have this item shipped to a friend or family member?
Yes! We may contact you to verify if the shipping and billing addresses don't match.
Is there a phone number I can call?
We don't have phone support, but you can reach us via Live Chat (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Eastern) or email.
I no longer need the part I bought from Go-Parts. Can I return it?
If you are within the 90-day return period, you can return parts for any reason. If you are past the return period for your order, you cannot return a part for any reason other than warranty exchange and manufacturer defects, even if you no longer need the part.
I just ordered my part, but I've changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. Cancellations are fully refunded, provided that they are within 24 hours of the time of purchase AND the item has not yet shipped.
My item broke during shipping. Can I return it?
You can exchange it for another item of that same type. You must notify Go-Parts of the damage within 5 days of receiving the package. At this point, we'll arrange and pay for return shipping of the damaged part, and send you a new one.
How do I know which part to order?
Not sure which part fits your car? Contact your dealership with your VIN and ask for the OEM part number. Then search for that number on our site.
Can my parts be sent together to save on shipping?
Parts may ship from different warehouses, so we can't guarantee combined shipping.
Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
Certainly! This is done through the US Postal Service.
Do we ship anywhere in the world?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Email us at [email protected] to confirm we ship to your location.
What does Paint-to-Match (PTM) mean?
Our parts usually come in black primer, ready to paint. We don't offer painting services or pre-painted parts.
Can I pay with check, money order, or cash?
While we offer a variety of electronic payment methods, we do not accept check, money order, or cash.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty

Most of our parts come with our Limited Lifetime Warranty. For warranty claims, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Please note that our warranty does not cover shipping, labor, or installation costs.
